A Re-examination of Children's Books

One of the many lines of research examines in her work includes investigating the lack of affirmative representations of People of Color in children鈥檚 books. In her recent article 鈥溾 for the blog, The Conversation, Dr. P茅rez Huber theorizes how Critical Race Theory (CRT) in Education can be utilized with a Critical Content Analysis to provide for the examination of race, class, gender, (and other intersectionalities) in children鈥檚 books about People of Color.
