The Technology Help Desk (THD) provides assistance for resetting passwords and accessing accounts such as: 好色先生 e-mail, FTP, PeopleSoft, My好色先生, and BeachBoard. They also provide assistance in My好色先生 screen navigation and BeachBoard support.
